LogoMaker AI provides AI-powered online logo generation services. Our service allows users to input brand information and generate multiple logo design options, which can be downloaded in SVG and PNG formats.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account information
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized account use

4. Credits and Subscriptions

LogoMaker AI offers credit-based usage and VIP subscriptions:

  • Each logo generation costs 2 credits
  • Credit packages are valid for a specific number of days after purchase
  • VIP members can generate unlimited logos
  • Credits and subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law

5. Intellectual Property

Regarding generated logos:

  • Free users: You receive a personal use license
  • VIP users: You receive full commercial license
  • Intellectual property of logos you generate belongs to you
  • We retain all rights to the LogoMaker AI service, website, and technology

6. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
  • Use automated tools to excessively use the service
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the service
  • Resell or redistribute our services

7. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate your account for violation of these terms.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Logos are generated by AI algorithms, and we do not guarantee their uniqueness or suitability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogoMaker AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
